  There is a reason the retail industry is failing. And this location is the epitome of why. I live in Richfield so I have experienced this location multiple times. Every single time I come in nobody greets me and rarely am I helped. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Yesterday I went to get a pair of vsx workout capris from this location. I walked in, nobody said hello or helped, I found a pair that I liked and purchase them. When I got home I realized that I had purchased ankle-length. The next day I went in to return them and find capri length. I approached a women and asked if she could help, I told her I was looking for Capri length workout pants. She brought me to the pink section and showed me a very thin pair of capris more for sleep. I informed her that I was looking for workout capris from the vsx collection if they had them. She then told me that that store did not carry capris in vsx and that I would have to go to Mall of America. For the number of times I've been in this store and been told to go to the Mall of America to get what I am looking for I feel like they should just close down this store or put a sign up at the front that says go to the Mall of America. I informed her that the previous pair I purchased was from this store around this time last year. She then grabbed, yes an actual grab, my bag off my arm to look inside. I pulled my bag back and told her no, I am returning this pair cuz I thought they were capris. She then walked like she was a professional champion Mall Walker to the other side of the store expecting me to keep up with her, pulled out the ugliest pair of capris, threw them on the stand, and told me this was all they had in vsx and walked away. I went to the cashier return the ones I bought yesterday and walked out of the store. I will never go back to this location. Matter of fact I will never go back into an actual Victoria's Secret store. People wonder why the retail industry is failing but then you meet these people. Nobody wants to deal with rude sales people not to mention tons of other shoppers. At first you feel bad that the retail industry is closing down and that people are going to lose their jobs but then you have an experience like this and you realize how much easier online shopping is and how unnecessary the human element is for this industry. No people, no kids, no driving, and it takes away all the drama!
