No flashy marketing campaigns and no flashy showroom equals lower operating costs, and better prices for customers. They are ALL ABOUT customer referrals and survive on their reputation. Tucked in a back corner of 50th and France, this is the only place I buy jewelry from. I will NEVER EVER buy from a flashy show room or mall jewelry store ever again.
