  Liars, bold faced liars. They lied to us about the cost of upgrading to the unlimited data plan, they neglected to tell us that our account discount didn’t apply to the new plan, and they didn’t back date or future date our change to the new data plan (so we ended up paying for both data plans for a month). They were deceitful with the coverage of their insurance plans, they didn’t tell us about the deductible, or the tax implications if we had broken/lost a phone. Stay as far away from this store as possible. Nothing against AT&T, but this store is horrible.
