Horrible customer service. Went in with every intention of purchasing nursery curtains today and Easter baskets and got so far as NOWHERE. No help, no service, no smiles... walked out with nothing. Ridiculous. There were at least 5 employees and none even asked me if they could help. Multiple employees saw me waiting at monogramming and ignored me. Wow.

If you call & have the misfortune to be put on hold, no one will get back to you. Also if you physically go there, the sales representatives take forever to ring up a purchase. I am so disappointed.
