  BEWARE: if you receive a gift, you better get the proof of purchase or this company will do NOTHING to help you with a purse repair. I have been strung along for TWO entire MONTHS by SEVEN different members of their customer service staff just trying to get information on where to send a purse for repair and the cost. The epic conclusion to this is being offered 50% off to purchase a new purse; and I still have to go find my own way to repair my two Lucky Brand purses. When I asked for corporate's contact information, I was told they were not allowed to give out that number. What a waste of time and money. I'd give this company negative stars if it would let me.
