  19 days to get a my ring prongs tipped. Despite the fact that this was a warranty repair because they failed less than 10 months after they were done the last time. I guess I should be happy, that time they took the ring for over a month and it had to be sent back to the jeweler twice because there was tool marks left in the gold. Kay is the poster child for all the bad things people say about "mall jewelry stores." I would NEVER go here, except as a giant corporation they bought the small private jeweler that I originally purchased from. I'm still fighting to get them to honor the original warranty that the ring came with. BEWARE, find somewhere else to buy from if you can, don't let yourself get stuck in the situation I'm in.
