  Had to sit and wait for 30 minutes while an employee had to figure out the register.. his boss had to take over and he still have muh trouble. overall process was about an hour

  I came in to try on some New Balances. Marcus and the store manager were super knowledgeable and nice. The store did not have what I wanted but they were able to help my wife with her shoes. As Marcus went to the back to retrieve the different shoe sizes, the store manager was looking up options on their computer. The team work was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this Journeys location. Both employees were super awesome. Keep up the good work!
