  Edward Summers gives customer service second to none. I was in the market for some new slacks - Macy's - nobody would help. I came in near closing time and Edward never rushed me, listened to what I wanted then heard what I needed and pointed me to some slacks that were perfect. Thank you Edward for keeping such high standards of service.

  This place is terrible. My son who is a recent college grad purchased a $1000 suit and had to go back twice to try to have it tailored because it was so ill-fitting. Even after second time it looks terrible. Material is poor and didn't hold up to tailoring. We will never go back to Jos. A Bank in edina and will tell others to avoid it at all costs. Completely unacceptable.
