  Ethan Allen has great quality and classic looks. Gretchen was awesome with helping my wife and I choose the right look for our house. Other furniture stores' experiences and quality pale in comparison to Ethan Allen.

  Shopped this store in February for a new sofa for my home. My daughter was graduating from high school and I wanted some new furniture. Pros- very good quality sofa for the money. Sofa completed in time quoted. Cons- designer led me in wrong direction for fabric choices. Poor communication with this store. Poor customer service. Delivery info not double checked so the store could not notify me of delivery. My sofa was delivered after graduation even though it was sitting in the warehouse. No attempt made to correct their error. I would purchase from Ethan Allen again but not this store.
